Octane Labs provides web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, and digital consulting services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom software development
• Website design and development
• Mobile application development
• Digital strategy consulting
• Maintenance and support services

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our services

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Octane Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

5. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OCTANE LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Octane Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of our services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in California.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
